BINGO SPONSORSHIP
- You can check availability and book your Sunday Bingo sponsorship online via the calendar below.
- Your sponsorship is monthly. While we hold Bingo every Sunday, the sponsorship lasts for a month.
- We restrict the number of sponsors per month to 2 to ensure maximum exposure without diluting the impact on your business.
- Sponsors allowed: Anything related to the local community, such as home services, events, food establishments, products, professional services, dealerships, etc. We do NOT accept alcohol, smoking, gambling, political, or adult businesses.
- Placement of your business information:
- Your business name will be listed as a sponsor in our Facebook ads for Bingo in a 25-mile radius of New Port Richey Elks Lodge for a month.
- Your business logo and link will be on “Our Supporters” website page as a Bingo sponsor. This link may help your website rank higher, potentially increasing the number of leads, as it is a local link. This is a permanent link to your website even after the monthly sponsorship expires.
- Your business logo with a link to your selected digital asset will be placed on our Bingo page for the month of sponsorship.
- The business items we need include:
- One Logo (recommend transparent or black background and either sized to 300 px x 400 px or 3.5 in x 2 in)
- One link to a digital asset (website, Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube, etc)
- Business name to be displayed
- The cost for a one-month sponsorship is $250 for a limited time. This is non-refundable unless we cancel Bingo for the month.
AVAILABILITY
You can check availability and book your monthly sponsorship online via the calendar below.
To select the month you wish to sponsor, go to the month you want. If there are any openings, the 1st of the month will be highlighted in a light-blue circle. Click on the 1st, and a pop-up will appear next to the calendar. Select the time that appears and click next. Fill out the details and complete the sponsorship payment.
After completing and paying, you will be redirected to our sponsorship onboarding page. There, you will submit your business name, upload your logo, and submit a link to one of your business digital assets (website, Facebook Page, Google Business Profile, Instagram, YouTube Channel, etc.)
To book, click on an available date and time and then click ‘Confirm’.
