They also assist returning veterans with costs to re-establish their civilian life after deployment.
Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, our mission to Remember, Honor, and Teach is carried out by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 3,700 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea, and abroad.
Your donation allows us to lay wreaths at local cemeteries for veterans that are no longer with us.
The Florida Elks Youth Camp is a recreational, outdoor camp. We are unplugged. There are no electronics used at camp for any reason. Campers spend the days participating in large-group games outside and socializing with their peers.
We provide a camping experience for 7 weeks during the summer to all children ages 9 through 13. Camp sessions last a Sunday to Saturday with housing, food, and of course, tons of fun!
The Florida Elks Children’s Therapy Services provides in-home physical and occupational therapy to Florida children in need of such services. This rehabilitation is necessary to be rendered in the home because of the absence of these services locally or because of the patient being medically infirmed at home.
Priority is given to children who do not have ready access to therapy as a result of financial considerations.
The mission of the ENF is to help Elks build stronger communities. We help youth develop lifelong skills, send students to college, meet the needs of today’s veterans, support the charitable work of the state Elks associations, and fund projects that improve the quality of life in local Elks communities.
The various programs provide scholarships, sports and teamwork activities, community projects, drug awareness, and veterans services.
Your gift will help New Port Richey Elk members continue with their long tradition of providing charitable activities to the local community through benevolent programs, fundraisers, services, facilities, scholarships, and much more.
