By purchasing at ticket to a Fundraiser, Show, or Event, you are simultaneously providing authorization for photographs, video, and audio to be recorded of you and your guests at the Fundraiser, Event, or Show. These photographs and or videos may be used for promotional purposes and at the discretion of the New Port Richey Elks Lodge 2284.

Tickets are non-refundable. No exceptions.

New Port Richey Elks is the Fundraiser, Show, or Event producer and reserves the right to remove disruptive attendees and/or change the room layout should safety become an issue.
