SPONSORSHIP DETAILS
- You can check availability and book your Sunday Bingo sponsorship online via the calendar below.
- Your sponsorship is monthly. While we hold Bingo every Sunday, the sponsorship lasts for a month.
- We restrict the number of sponsors per month to 4 to ensure maximum exposure without diluting the impact on your business.
- Sponsors allowed: Anything related to the local community, such as home services, events, food establishments, products, professional services, dealerships, etc. We do NOT accept alcohol, smoking, gambling, political, or adult businesses.
- Placements of your business information (You can see examples below the Availability section on this page):
- Your business name will be listed as a sponsor in our Facebook ads for Bingo in a 25-mile radius of New Port Richey Elks Lodge for a month.
- Your business name and logo will be included in our monthly Facebook Page Event for our Bingo event as a sponsor.
- Your business logo and link will be on our Bingo website page for a month as a sponsor. You can see what it may look like by clicking here.
- The business items we need include:
- One Logo (recommend transparent or black background and either sized to 300 px x 400 px or 3.5 in x 2 in)
- One link to a digital asset (website, Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube, etc)
- Business name to be displayed
- The cost for a one-month sponsorship is $100 for a limited time. This is non-refundable unless we cancel Bingo for the month.
AVAILABILITY
You can check availability and book your monthly sponsorship online via the calendar below.
To select the month you wish to sponsor, go to the month you want. If there are any openings, the 1st of the month will be highlighted in a light-blue circle. Click on the 1st, and a pop-up will appear next to the calendar. Select the time that appears and click next. Fill out the details and complete the sponsorship payment.
After completing and paying, you will be redirected to our sponsorship onboarding page. There, you will submit your business name, upload your logo, and submit a link to one of your business digital assets (website, Facebook Page, Google Business Profile, Instagram, YouTube Channel, etc.)
To book, click on an available date and time and then click ‘Confirm’.

BINGO WEBSITE PAGE
Your logo and link to one digital asset are inserted onto our Bingo website page for one month. The link allows anyone to visit and learn more to take the next step with your business.
BINGO FACEBOOK EVENT PAGE
Your logo will appear on the monthly Facebook Event Page Cover image, and your business name will be listed in the details section as a sponsor for a month.
FACEBOOK ADS FOR BINGO
Your business will be listed as a sponsor in the ad copy for a month.
